You won't get Cashback on:

Stays at vacation rental property locations and in hotel properties located in Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway and Sweden
Certain hotel-initiated promotions; reward night stays, complimentary rooms, rooms paid for as part of a convention or meeting
Rooms booked through a travel agent or third-party online retailer, including online travel agencies, wholesale packages, group tours, and stays booked using the employee discount or the friends, family and associate discount
Any Gift Card or Voucher redemption
Vouchers or Promo codes not featured on our platform
Taxes · Service charges · Booking fees

Refunds, cancelations and no-shows

Any rejected, canceled, refunded, exchanged or returned purchases will not be eligible for Cashback.
For partial returns or exchanges, we'll prorate the Cashback as an adjustment.
No-shows and any booking changes that lead to a change in the booking ID will not be eligible for Cashback.

Tracking disclaimers

Your Cashback may be tracked at a different rate initially and adjusted to the correct rate when we confirm the transaction details.
