What you save on
Temu's eligible savings surface covers home, kitchen, fashion, beauty, electronics accessories, toys, and auto accessories. The manufacturer-direct model lowers ticket prices structurally on general merchandise categories, which is why Temu often beats other marketplaces on kitchen gadgets, home organizers, and accessories. Trade-offs are longer shipping on some items and thinner returns on very low ticket products, so product ratings and Temu Free Gifts promotions are useful signals before ordering.

FAQ
Does Temu have coupons? Yes. Temu publishes coupons on its dedicated Temu coupon page and runs coupon bundles inside the Temu app for new and returning shoppers. Site-wide discount codes also appear during Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the 11.11 sale. Temu's coupons are Temu's own offers under Temu's terms. Going through ShopBack before you pay is the saving that still applies, with no code to find or type.
How do I get a Temu promo code that works? The Temu coupon page and the Coupons and Free Gifts section of the Temu app are the most reliable sources because those codes are issued by Temu directly. Third-party coupon aggregators frequently list expired or single-use codes for Temu. For Cashback there is no code to find: start from the Temu page on ShopBack before you pay.
When does Temu have the biggest sale? Temu runs its deepest US markdowns during Black Friday in late November, Cyber Monday the following Monday, the 11.11 sale on November 11, and a post-holiday Boxing Week window. Lightning Deals and Flash Sales rotate every few hours across the year for time-limited savings between the big sale windows.
How do I save more on Temu? Sort search results by Lightning Deal and Flash Sale, use the Temu app for app-only pricing, and time larger orders to Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or the 11.11 sale. Click through ShopBack US before completing checkout so part of what you spend comes back as Cashback.
Is Temu really cheap or is it a trick? Temu's low prices come from a manufacturer-direct model that skips traditional retail markups. That structurally lowers the ticket price on home, kitchen, fashion, and accessories categories. Trade-offs are longer shipping windows on some items and thinner return policies on very low ticket items. Reviews and product ratings on temu.com are the fastest way to sanity check before ordering.
Does Temu have a first-time user discount? Yes. Temu offers a first-time-user welcome coupon bundle and Free Gifts promotions to new accounts. The exact bundle rotates and is visible on the Temu Coupons page when signed in. The welcome coupon is Temu's own offer under Temu's terms; for Cashback, going through ShopBack before you pay needs no code.
How does ShopBack work with Temu? Click through to Temu via the ShopBack US Temu merchant page or the ShopBack browser extension before completing checkout. Eligible orders earn cashback that appears in the ShopBack account within a tracking window, then converts to withdrawable cashback after Temu confirms the order. Lightning Deal prices are simply what you pay.
Is ShopBack safe to use for Temu orders? Yes. ShopBack sends you to Temu's own site. The purchase itself is completed on Temu under Temu's own checkout, payment, shipping, and return policies. ShopBack never sees payment card details, and cashback is credited to the ShopBack account after Temu confirms the transaction.
Can I use a Temu coupon and go through ShopBack on the same order? Temu coupons are Temu's own offers and follow Temu's terms. You don't need one for Cashback: go through ShopBack before you pay on Temu and the Cashback tracks to your ShopBack account, so it is a saving you can count on. The Temu page on ShopBack shows which purchases earn Cashback and the live rate.
Which Temu categories give the best cashback? Live rates for eligible Temu US categories including home, kitchen, fashion, beauty, and accessories are published on the ShopBack US Temu merchant page and update ahead of major sale events. Check the merchant page just before purchase for the current rate on the category being bought in.
Is Temu legit? Temu is operated by PDD Holdings, a public company listed on the Nasdaq. It ships to the US with tracking, publishes a purchase protection policy, and processes refunds through the app for returns within the eligibility window. Product quality varies by seller because Temu is a marketplace, so read product ratings before ordering high-ticket items.
Does the ShopBack browser extension work on Temu? Yes. The ShopBack browser extension detects when the user is on Temu and offers to activate cashback with a single click. Activation must happen before checkout for cashback to track. The extension also surfaces Temu promotions where available.
Is Temu cheaper than Shein or AliExpress? Temu tends to win on home, kitchen, and general merchandise where its manufacturer-direct model has the deepest cost advantage. Shein typically wins on fast fashion and apparel where its trend-response cycle is faster. AliExpress overlaps heavily on general merchandise but with longer shipping windows. Temu and Shein are both ShopBack US partners, so cashback applies whichever wins the price check.
How is ShopBack different from coupon or promo code sites? ShopBack is a cashback aggregator, not a coupon site. Cashback earned on eligible orders is credited as real, withdrawable cash to your ShopBack account after the merchant confirms the purchase. Coupon and promo code sites redistribute codes that are often expired, restricted, or subject to fine print that voids the saving at checkout. When you go through ShopBack before you pay, Cashback applies to qualifying orders without a code.
Does Temu have coupon codes that actually work? Temu does publish promotional codes and sale prices, but codes often carry expiry windows, category exclusions, or single-use restrictions that reduce or void the saving at checkout. Going through ShopBack before you pay needs no code: it is the saving that still applies, with nothing to find or type.
How do I save on Temu without a promo code? Click through to Temu via the ShopBack Temu merchant page or the ShopBack browser extension before checkout. ShopBack tracks the order and credits Cashback on eligible categories, no code required. Temu sale prices are simply what you pay.
How long does Temu shipping take to the US? Standard shipping has typically arrived in 6 to 22 days depending on the seller and item. Express options appear at checkout on select items for an extra fee and arrive faster. Temu has recently offered free shipping on orders over $49 in the US. Delivery windows and free-shipping thresholds are subject to change and are shown at checkout before payment; verify current terms on Temu's own site.
