Heivy says you can return an unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase by emailing info@heivy.com to start the return. Perishable goods such as the 52USA food items, opened health and personal care products and sale items are not refundable, and you pay return shipping, which is deducted from the refund. Heivy only exchanges items that arrive defective or damaged. Keep the box sealed until you are sure, since opened health and personal care products cannot be refunded.
