ShopBack rewards you with a bonus for every qualified referral.*
*A "qualified referralā refers to the status of your referral after your referred friend completes the following:
(i) Signs up via your unique referral link OR unique referral code.
(ii) Makes a valid purchase with an accumulated minimum spend of $10 or more through ShopBack.
(iii) Has added their withdrawal details.
A referral is only considered "qualified" after completing all of the above within 180 days from the referral's sign-up date.
Additional information for each point above:
(i.i) Your referred friend must sign up using a unique device (mobile, desktop, or tablet) to avoid forfeiting their referral bonus.
(ii.i) Any order that does not earn Cashback, or is canceled, exchanged, or refunded, will not count towards the $10 minimum spend.
The status of your referral bonus will appear as āPendingā in both your account and your referred friend's account once they sign up. The status of your referral bonus will change to āConfirmedā once both you and your referred friend meet all the criteria within 180 days from the referral's sign-up date.
It may take up to 48 hours for the referral bonus status to update to āConfirmedā after all criteria are met.
The referral bonus status may change to 'Rejected' if all criteria are not met within 180 days from the referral's sign-up date.
The following is a non-exhaustive list of activities that are not permitted and will disqualify you from earning referral bonuses:
(ii) Posting your referral link on any ShopBack merchant's Facebook or forum pages.
(iii) Disguising your referral link as a generic link and embedding it within web pages.
(iv) Keyword bidding to generate traffic to pages containing your referral link.
(v) Any similar activity that ShopBack, in its sole discretion, determines to be inconsistent with the purpose of the ShopBack Refer-a-Friend Program.
ShopBack reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend or modify the terms and conditions of this program as outlined above, as well as to disqualify any users at any time. Any infringement of the above terms and conditions will result in the loss of all bonuses. Repeat offenses will result in the closure of your ShopBack account.
