Ethel M Chocolates

Apply the best Ethel M Chocolates promo code or card offer you qualify for, then go through ShopBack before you pay, where ShopBack Cashback works like a discount on the same order, only easier than a promo code. There is nothing to find or type, it does not use up your one Ethel M Chocolates promo code, and it still lowers the price when no code is running. Part of what you pay comes back as Cashback: check the rate shown on ShopBack's Ethel M Chocolates page before you buy.

Ethel M Chocolates is a premium US chocolate brand founded in 1981 by Forrest Mars Sr., so pick your chocolates, then check out through ShopBack before you pay, where ShopBack Cashback works like a discount, only easier than a promo code. It was a tribute to his mother Ethel Mars. It is owned by Mars, Incorporated and makes small-batch chocolate with no artificial flavors or colors at its factory in Henderson, Nevada. The range covers Chocolate Gems, truffles, bars, caramels, liqueur pieces, gift boxes, custom boxes and gift baskets, sold online at ethelm.com and in Nevada and California stores.

Ethel M Chocolates does not publish a points based rewards or loyalty programme on ethelm.com. The standing ways to save are free shipping above its free-shipping threshold within the continental United States, its gift collections at set price points, and ShopBack Cashback on eligible orders. Treat ShopBack as the repeat reward: go through the ShopBack Ethel M Chocolates merchant page before you pay on each new order.

Ethel M's year is built around gifting windows rather than a published discount calendar. Holiday pre-orders open in autumn for Christmas, Hanukkah and Kwanzaa gifts and the Advent Calendar, with the Holiday Cactus Garden Lights in Henderson running November 5 to January 3; Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Easter follow. Because orders ship Monday to Wednesday only and never for Saturday, Sunday or Monday arrival, the real deadline for any holiday order is about a week before the date. Place it through the ShopBack Ethel M Chocolates merchant page to earn Cashback on the eligible product total.

Ethel M processes orders for shipment Monday through Wednesday so packages spend less time in transit, and standard orders arrive Tuesday through Friday within 3 to 7 business days by ground or 2-day air. During warm months and to southern states it packs chocolate in an insulated mini-cooler with ice packs to protect against heat damage. It does not ship to P.O., A.P.O., A.F.B. or F.P.O. box addresses.

See's Candies is the larger, older West Coast brand with a wide network of its own stores and classic mixed boxes. Ethel M is a smaller Nevada maker positioned as premium: small-batch Chocolate Gems with satin cremes and liqueur centres, no artificial flavors or colors, and boxes and baskets designed as presentation pieces. For an everyday office box, See's is the familiar choice. For a corporate client, a wedding favour run or a Las Vegas themed gift, Ethel M wins on packaging and story. The ShopBack Ethel M Chocolates merchant page is live for US shoppers; check ShopBack for whether See's is listed before ordering there.

Godiva is a Belgian-origin brand that no longer runs its own US boutiques and sells mainly through grocery, department store and online channels. Ethel M still runs its own factory, flagship store, café and Botanical Cactus Garden in Henderson, Nevada, plus Las Vegas and Glendale, California stores, and offers in-person and virtual tastings. If you want a recognisable gold box from a supermarket, Godiva is simpler. If you want an American-made premium box with a Nevada backstory, Ethel M is the pick. Online Ethel M orders placed through the ShopBack Ethel M Chocolates merchant page earn Cashback.

Ethel M does not accept returns for unwanted products, since chocolate is perishable, but it offers what it calls a full unconditional guarantee on quality: if a box arrives melted or damaged, contact customer service straight away for a replacement or refund, which may involve an inspection and in minor cases a restocking fee. Order changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of ordering, and nothing can be changed once processing starts. Confirm addresses and delivery dates before you pay.

The Henderson, Nevada flagship combines the Ethel M factory, a store, a café and a Botanical Cactus Garden. From November 5 to January 3 it becomes the Holiday Cactus Garden Lights, lit with about a million lights, open 5pm to 10pm most nights with a 3 dollar entry fee per person (children under 2 and seniors 65 and over free) and Santa on site through December 23. It is a short drive from the Las Vegas Strip. Online reorders placed through the ShopBack Ethel M Chocolates merchant page earn Cashback; in-store purchases and event tickets do not.

Go through ShopBack before you pay and the Cashback tracks to your ShopBack account: open the ShopBack Ethel M Chocolates merchant page, continue to ethelm.com and build and pay for the order there.

A quality refund under the Ethel M guarantee and an order cancelled within the 24 hour change window follow the same rule. If you need to change a recipient or date, cancel within 24 hours and place a fresh order from the ShopBack Ethel M Chocolates merchant page.
