HELLOICE

Helloice is a US-facing online jewellery retailer specialising in iced-out hip-hop style pieces including Cuban link chains, tennis chains, iced-out pendants, grillz, rings, bracelets, and watches, so pick your piece, then check out through ShopBack before you pay, where ShopBack Cashback works like a discount, only easier than a promo code. Positioning is accessible-price statement jewellery using 925 sterling silver, gold plating over sterling or brass, VVS moissanite, and cubic zirconia stones. Sells at helloice.com. Competes with brands like TSV Jewelry and King Ice in the hip-hop jewellery tier.

Helloice's VVS moissanite line uses lab-grown moissanite, a real gemstone (silicon carbide) that scores 9.25 on the Mohs hardness scale and looks visually similar to diamond. Moissanite is not diamond; it is a distinct gemstone with its own brilliance profile and typically priced at a fraction of comparable diamond. Certification specifications are on individual product pages; VVS grading refers to clarity.

Helloice's core moissanite jewellery uses 925 sterling silver (92.5% silver) plated in yellow, white, or rose gold. Solid-gold options (10K, 14K, 18K) are available on select higher-tier product SKUs. Base-tier chains and pendants use brass or stainless steel with gold plating and CZ stones. Metal composition is on the specific product page; verify before purchase, especially if you have known metal allergies.

Main annual sale windows include Winter Sale (January), Valentine's Day (February), Spring Sale, Memorial Day (25 May 2026), Summer Sale, Back to School (August), Labor Day (7 September 2026), Halloween, Black Friday (27 November 2026), Cyber Monday (30 November 2026), and Christmas + Year-End Sale. Rotating category flash sales run through the year.

Helloice typically offers a return window on unworn items in original packaging with all tags and certificates intact. Custom, engraved, and grillz orders are typically non-returnable per product-page terms. Returns are initiated through the account portal or by contacting customer service. Refunds process back to the original payment method after warehouse receipt.

Standard shipping to US addresses typically runs 3 to 7 business days depending on ship-to zip and item value (higher-value orders may require signature confirmation). Free standard shipping applies above a published order threshold. International shipping is available at checkout with landed-cost estimates. Verify current shipping options on helloice.com.

Wipe pieces dry after wear, avoid chlorine and saltwater exposure, store in a dry pouch or box separate from other jewellery to prevent scratching, and clean with mild soap and warm water using a soft toothbrush on the setting. Ultrasonic cleaners are generally safe for moissanite in sterling settings but check the specific product page. Avoid harsh chemicals and household cleaners.

Both are US-facing hip-hop jewellery retailers with overlapping category coverage (Cuban chains, tennis chains, pendants). Helloice leans slightly heavier into VVS moissanite and 925 sterling silver ranges at entry-tier pricing. King Ice carries a broader licensed-collaboration catalogue (music artist and franchise partnerships) plus a wider solid-gold offering. Compare specific SKUs by material tier and pricing before committing.

Cuban link chains at accessible pricing, tennis chains and bracelets in VVS moissanite, iced-out pendants for statement wear, everyday sterling silver rings and earrings, and gift pieces for hip-hop fashion styling. For investment-tier fine jewellery, a solid-gold jeweller is the safer route.
