Create a label in the Returns Portal using the reference on your returns note, drop the parcel at a US Post Office, and $7 is deducted from the refund for the Smart Label. Next does not offer exchanges; returns outside 28 days are refunded as an eVoucher, and cosmetics and certain jewellery are faulty-only. Refunds process within one working day of arrival.
