Puffy Mattress

Puffy is a US direct-to-consumer sleep brand selling mattresses (Cloud memory foam, Lux Hybrid, Royal Hybrid, Monarch Hybrid, Legacy Hybrid), smart bed sets, bed frames, an adjustable base and bedding through puffy.com and selected dealers. Every Puffy mattress is assembled in the USA using CertiPUR-US certified foams, and every product comes with a 365-night sleep trial and a limited lifetime warranty. Puffy ships free to all 50 states and does not ship internationally. Click through from the ShopBack Puffy Mattress merchant page before buying to earn cashback at the current published rate.

For orders placed on or after February 23, 2026, every Puffy mattress, smart bed set, bed frame and bedding accessory bought direct on puffy.com carries a 365-night trial; earlier orders keep the original 101-night terms. You must sleep on a mattress for at least 30 nights before a refund can be processed, returns must be requested by day 365 after delivery, and the mattress return policy is capped at two returns per household for life. Any refund removes the matching ShopBack cashback from your pending balance.

Puffy runs a near-permanent promotion with a headline dollar discount and bundled pillows and sleep masks, so the real question is which windows go deeper. US mattress peaks are Presidents Day (February 16, 2026), Memorial Day (May 25, 2026), the Fourth of July, Labor Day (September 7, 2026), Black Friday (November 27, 2026) and Cyber Monday (November 30, 2026). ShopBack cashback tracks on the discounted price, so activate from the ShopBack Puffy Mattress merchant page inside whichever window you choose.

Puffy's limited lifetime warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the mattress, and Puffy states the warranty stays at zero dollars with no proration and no transport fees. Conditions apply: the mattress must be bought new from puffy.com or an authorized distributor, used on a suitable frame or floor, and not abused or damaged by misuse. Warranty service on a kept mattress does not affect ShopBack cashback already confirmed.

Both are US bed-in-a-box brands with lifetime warranties and free shipping and returns. Puffy's Lux Hybrid pairs a plush contouring layer and gel-infused foam with Contour-Adapt coils and carries a 365-night trial; Puffy also bundles pillows and sleep masks with mattress orders. Nectar's hybrid uses memory foam over innerspring coils, and Puffy's comparison page notes Nectar's lifetime warranty carries transport costs. ShopBack cashback on Puffy is activated through the ShopBack Puffy Mattress merchant page.

Purple is built around its GelFlex Grid, a springy polymer layer, with a 100-night trial and 10-year warranty, and Puffy's trial comparison lists Purple as charging transport costs after day 100. Puffy uses layered foams and coils for a plush contouring feel, with a 365-night trial, a lifetime warranty and no mattress return fee. Purple suits sleepers who like a bouncy surface; Puffy suits those who want cloudlike cushioning and the longest trial. Only Puffy direct earns cashback through the ShopBack Puffy Mattress merchant page; check ShopBack separately for Purple partner retailers.

Cloud is the all-foam entry point with cooling foam, Puffy's best-value premium mattress. Lux Hybrid, the best seller, adds Contour-Adapt coils and gel-infused foam for cooler, medium-plush support. Royal Hybrid adds five targeted pressure zones and blended wool for drier sleep. Monarch Hybrid uses alpaca wool and responsive latex for luxury-plush all-season comfort. Legacy Hybrid is the new hand-tufted flagship with cashmere wool, horsehair and Talalay latex. All carry the 365-night trial; ShopBack cashback is earned on whichever you order through the ShopBack Puffy Mattress merchant page.

Yes. Puffy runs verified discounts for US military personnel, veterans, military spouses and registered dependents, for teachers and students, and for healthcare professionals. After ID verification you receive a single-use code valid on full-price merchandise at puffy.com, not combinable with other offers and not applied retroactively. Because these are Puffy's own codes issued to you, they do not count as the third-party coupon codes that can break cashback tracking; activate ShopBack from the ShopBack Puffy Mattress merchant page first, then apply your verified code at checkout.

Empty any existing cart on puffy.com, then click through fresh from the ShopBack Puffy Mattress merchant page and complete checkout in the same browser session. Avoid unofficial third-party coupon codes at checkout, since they can break tracking; Puffy's site-wide sale pricing and free bundles are fine. Cashback tracks on the eligible order value after discounts and before tax and shipping, at the current published rate on the ShopBack Puffy Mattress page. Pending cashback typically appears within a few days and confirms after the merchant's return window, which for Puffy is long, so expect slower confirmation.

Yes. Any Puffy order refunded under the 365-night trial, cancelled before shipping or partially returned is voided from your pending ShopBack cashback, because Puffy only pays commission on kept orders. Exchanges within the trial are typically treated as a return plus a new order, so track the new order's cashback separately. If a kept order has not shown as pending within seven days, file a missing-cashback claim on ShopBack with your puffy.com order number.
